This is a convenience method that creates an instance of theQueryStringKeyValuePair.Builder avoiding
the need to create one manually via
QueryStringKeyValuePair.builder().
When the Consumer completes,
SdkBuilder.build()
is called immediately and its result is passed to #values(List.
