        This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the PlayerLatencyPolicy.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via PlayerLatencyPolicy.builder().

        When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to #playerLatencyPolicies(List).
