If you view performance or availability scores without filtering for any specific geography or service provider, Amazon CloudWatch Internet Monitor provides global health scores.

This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the RoundTripTime.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via RoundTripTime.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to roundTripTime(RoundTripTime).
