hasTokenSigningPublicKeys

Returns true if the TokenSigningPublicKeys property was specified by the sender (it may be empty), or false if the sender did not specify the value (it will be empty). For responses returned by the SDK, the sender is the AWS service.

tokenSigningPublicKeys
