The action that you want to apply to the device certificate. The only supported value is DEACTIVATE.

If the service returns an enum value that is not available in the current SDK version, action will return DeviceCertificateUpdateAction.UNKNOWN_TO_SDK_VERSION. The raw value returned by the service is available from actionAsString().
