This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the GroupNameAndArn.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via GroupNameAndArn.builder().

When the Consumer completes, SdkBuilder.build() is called immediately and its result is passed to #rootToParentThingGroups(List).
