Filters the response list to match the specified state. Only one filter (by stage ARN or by state) can be used at a time.

If the service returns an enum value that is not available in the current SDK version, filterByState will return IngestConfigurationState.UNKNOWN_TO_SDK_VERSION. The raw value returned by the service is available from filterByStateAsString().
