The theme colors that are used for data colors in charts. The colors description is a hexidecimal color code that consists of six alphanumerical characters, prefixed with #, for example #37BFF5.

Returns true if the Colors property was specified by the sender (it may be empty), or false if the sender did not specify the value (it will be empty). For responses returned by the SDK, the sender is the AWS service.
