An occurrence of sensitive data detected in a non-binary text file or a Microsoft Word file. Non-binary text files include files such as HTML, XML, JSON, and TXT files.

This is a convenience method that creates an instance of the Range.Builder avoiding the need to create one manually via Range.builder().

        Parameters:
lineRange - a consumer that will call methods on Range.Builder
        Returns:
Returns a reference to this object so that method calls can be chained together.
