A list of tags, as key and value pairs, that is associated with the specified X-Ray group or sampling rule.

tags - A list of tags, as key and value pairs, that is associated with the specified X-Ray group or sampling rule.

Returns:

Returns a reference to this object so that method calls can be chained together.
